Katy Leserious Biography!!!

My Friend Katy Leserious was born in Paris, Texas. Katy’s ancestry is originally from Portugal , which is near Spain. Katy’s parents own their own cleaning store here in Austin Texas. The special thing about my friend Katy is that she has accomplished a lot of things in her short lifetime including the following:

1. She got to meet the president of the United States, George W. Bush
2. She went to Africa and feed a African Colony.
3. Katy got the chance to work with doctors at the Cancer Treatment Center of America.
4. She also helps out at the shelter, feeding the homeless, every sunday.

History of Computer!!!

The 3 cultural influences that spurred the development of computers is the immigrants migrating to America. The World War II, and the Japanese trying to attack. The last is the United States trying to crack the German Code. The first interface that was use was a large calculating device. Today we use the conjure processor.

• ASCII White- a huge computer
• Charles Babbage- inventor of the first computer “father of the computer”
• Herman Hollerith- inventor of the second computer
• Colossus- a computer-like machine made to break the German Code
• Mowchley and Erkert- inventors of the electronic numeric computer
• John Von Newman-wrote a paper describing what the next computer should be like and how it should work
• IBM- replaced the huge computers with smaller ones
• Kilby and Noyce- inventors of the interpreted  circuit
• Ted Hoff-  inventor of the micro-processor
• Douglas Engelbart- invented the mouse and keyboard
• xerox- the smallest computer in the 60’s
• Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs- invented the Apple 1 and 2 and software
• Bill Gates- owner of Microsoft

Gas Prices (second stage)!!!!!

The new plug-in cars will cost you around $20,000.

We think that we should distribute at least 2 million cars to the United States and then distribute more across the world.

Henna Chevrolet Company should produce these cars.

We will send some of the cars on boats and some on airplanes.

I will hire a staff to make sure that every car is transported to the right place.

I will have inspectors coming around and checking up on the different companies selling my cars.

The overall cost of my project would be around $2 billion.

Gas Prices!!!!

The problem with gas prices the prices are extremely to high.

The cause of the problem is that gas is an nonrenewable source that we are running out of.

The way these gas prices are effecting people is by people not being able to afford the gas, which means they can’t afford to drive their cars. This problem affects everyone who has a car.

High gas prices has been around since late 2006.

I personally think that we as united people created the problem because we knew that gas and/or oil was a nonrenewable resource and instead of trying to change the way we use gas, we waited to the problem became bigger.

The solution to this problem is the new hybrid cars, and they also have new cars coming out that you just plug-in to charge and you can drive and/or drive without gas at all.

The reason why we should and have solved this problem is because without gas we can’t travel so we have to have a back up plan.

1. My first blog was about what i know about computers and what i have experienced with them.
2. Autobloggreen, slashgear, and treehugger are websites that lets you know about the lastest technology coming out.
3. A Blog is a frequent publication of thoughts and web links over the computer.
4. If your mad and sending an e-mail you should re-read the e-mail and not even send it.
5. You should only bold the important stuff but use regular font on e-mails.
6. An e-mail that is being sent out to a bunch of people that is advertising is either a forward message or just spam.
7. You don’t need to have a subject in the subject line on an e-mail but it is proper if you do.
8. The best way to view websites without opening to many windows is by on one window open up different tabs instead of windows.
9. Dogpile.com is an info wedsite.
10. Our progress reports are due to come out Friday, September 12th

What Is A Search Engine?

Search Engines:

1. google.com
2. yahoo.com
3. ask.com

I searched my favorite band/music (T-Pain) on all three search engines.

These are the first websites on the search that came up

1. google.com = www.t-pain.net/
2. yahoo.com = www.t-pain.net
3. ask.com = MTV.com/VMA

Surprisingly, two of the search engines had the same first websites. I personally think that Google is the better search engine because it has more websites to offer than the other two.

The Future Technology!!!

The Chrysler Dealers just created a new car called the Dodge Zoe. The Dodge Zoe was created purely of battery electric design, also known as plug-in hybrid vehicle. In another article, Boston is requiring that all taxis must be hybrid by year 2010, New York and San Fransisco are also doing the same. A company named Hitachi has just created a 50 inch plasma that is only 1.5 inches thick. In April or May of 2009 Nintendo will be refreshing the Nintendo DS by making both screens touch screens, with wider screens. LD has made a new device, its a picture frame and DVD player all in one. Nintendo has confirmed that they are bringing the metallic silver Nintendo DS hand held to North America. Personally I think that the best technology is the hybrid cars because those would be the most beneficial to our country.

What I Know About Computers!!!

Basically, what i know about computers is that they are really important in todays world. Computers are the way of the world, its the way people communicate and the way most business run. Physically the computer has a monitor, a mouse, a keyboard, a motherboard, and some have speakers, and web cameras. Inside the computer it holds files, and other communicating devices. I have a lot of experience on the computer. I use the computer everyday, usually 6 hours a day. I transport e-mails between me and my friends and usually go on myspace and send messages. I have also took some ribbons out of a computer and messed with them and then put them back in.
